If the appellate court decided to not hear the case, or the Supreme Court decided the defandant is guilty of the crime accused of, the Defender can make an appeal for a pardon. The defendant will still have the mark of a criminal, but pardoning the defendant will allow him to no longer have a term of punishment. However, in all reality, I would typically leave the cases to the court systems. There is no point in having a court system if I am just going to override all of the decisions that were made. I am not a legal expert, and shouldn’t be getting my hands dirty with all of the issues of criminal courts.
