Welcome to the Department of Justice for the Kingdom of Kaldus. The Justice system is designed around the court systems, and corrections available to a convict. The system is designed to be modernized, and intended to provide for a standard that applies to everyone. The system will try to keep non-violent criminals out of the prison system entirely – and in turn support for House incarceration. This will allow the convict to not have to take space up in the prison while allowing for corrections. There will also be juvenile detention which will try to intervene with the child before they become career criminals. There will be jails and prisons. For those that aren’t mentally sound, there will also be asylums.

There are civil courts, and criminal courts. Civil courts is moderated by a judge who will decide guilt or innocence. The losing party will be responsible for court fees. There will also be options for Arbitration which will try to remediate the situation rather than sending the case to the courts. More information will be discussed in this website.
