In the event of a civil hearing, the loser will pay any court cost, in addition to what they pay to the winner. This is to assure that the most fair solution is made when making for court costs. If the loser can not afford to pay the entire loss, then they will work with the courts to provide a low interest payment plan. The court will then send the payment in full to the winner. The payment plan is a contract, and if the loser does not pay the court fees, then they will have a portion of their GBI cut to assure that they are paying their bill.
In addition, the judge may decide that the loser will have behaved so badly, that the judge can issue a punitive damages to the winner. This will be paid to the winner as an extra fund of money that is won to the winner. Again, if the loser can not pay in full, they will receive a low interest loan to cover the costs to the winner immediately.
